School Meals

Feedback will continue to be welcomed and listened to as we will continue to attend the relevant Junior Leadership Team meetings. We will also be encouraging the children to complete feedback forms after they have tried their meals from the new menu when it is introduced on return from the Easter holidays. If you would like to contribute and support us with any ideas you may have for the Spring term menu please do not hesitate to get in touch.

The School Kitchen is managed by Mrs Abbott and her team of 5 kitchen staff. Each morning they prepare and cook over 200 tasty school meals using fresh ingredients to ensure each child receives a nutritionally balanced meal. Throughout the year the kitchen organises ‘Theme Days’ when they prepare special dinners for the pupils to enjoy!

Meals cost £2.10 per day from April 1st.

Pupils in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 will receive ‘free school meals’. However, please remember it is important that parents still apply for Free School Meals as this affects school’s income and also allows parents to access other benefits through the Pupil Premium including uniform vouchers.

Important: Please note that if your child brings a packed lunch, please do not give them anything containing nuts, fizzy drinks or sweets, due to several children with severe allergies. Thank you for your support in this.

Payments for dinner money are now made via. Bradford Council’s online ‘Parent Pay’ system. Parents will have received login details for the site, which can be found at https://www.parentpay.com/

If you have lost your login information, please contact the school office.
